At Jarrah Medical, we are dedicated to providing high-quality medical care for older Australians living in residential aged care facilities and within the community. Our mission is to make medical care more accessible, convenient and personalised by bringing compassionate healthcare directly to where it is needed most.

We understand the importance of responsive communication, timely reviews and working collaboratively with facility staff. Through our experience supporting aged care residents, we recognise the unique clinical and operational needs of facilities and strive to provide consistent, reliable GP coverage that integrates smoothly with your existing care processes. 

Our focus is on building long-term relationships with patients, families, carers and aged care providers to ensure every patient receives the continuity of care they deserve.

We provide in-person consultations at aged care facilities, as well as telehealth appointments for registered patients.

For eligible services, the majority of aged care consultations are bulk billed, helping reduce financial barriers to healthcare. Additional fees may apply for emergency call-outs, after-hours services and weekend visits.
